Train the Trainer Programme
The Barista Academy operates a Train the Trainer Programme whereby selected baristas in each site receive a high level of trainingwhich provides them with the knowledge to correct mistakes and ensure standards are consistently maintained. The programme is closely monitored by our Barista Academy.
Our nationwide EXPERT team of Barista trainers continuously work with all Bewley’s clients to ensure that every cup of Bewley’s coffee is of the highest standard
